In August of 2010 the Triad program moved from the district's four-acre site at 4409 Sawyer Road into remodeled spaces at the old CYESIS facility.  Since then the district determined that the prior site has no further educational purpose and processed a Request for Proposals to solicit interest in leasing or purchasing the site.  There is now a contract to sell the site.  By separate action the School Board is adopting a Resolution declaring that this parcel has no further educational purpose and directing staff to process a Plant Survey amendment to remove the site from inventory.
